Terms and conditions

1. License Agreement

This document constitutes a binding agreement ("Agreement") between ViciBet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") and the user ("you"). By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Definitions

2.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, "Gaming Service" means any and all services provided by us for online gaming, including but not limited to casino games, sportsbook, lottery, and other forms of interactive entertainment.2.2 A "User Account" is an account created with ViciBet's registration system.

3. Use of the Gaming Services

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or such other age as may be applicable in your jurisdiction) to use our services.3.2 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate or restrict your User Account(s), and/or cancel any transaction for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misrepresentation, money laundering, or violation of this Agreement.

4. Payment and Currencies

4.1 The minimum deposit is $10.00 CAD. A withdrawal will be processed only if the minimum balance threshold has been met.4.2 We reserve the right to change our payment policies, including but not limited to adding, removing, or modifying available methods of payment at any time.

5. Responsible Gaming and Problem Gambling

5.1 You must inform us if you have a problem with gaming or suspect someone may be affected by gaming addiction.5.2 We encourage responsible gaming practices and offer various tools to help prevent excessive use, including but not limited to deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion options.

6. Account Management

6.1 To maintain the integrity of our system, we reserve the right to modify or delete accounts without prior notice.6.2 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your User Account and password(s) by keeping them confidential from unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All content on the ViciBet platform is owned by us or licensed from third-party providers.7.2 We reserve all rights in our name, logos, graphics, images, text (in any format), sound recordings, and software ("Content").

8. Disputes and Claims Resolution

8.1 In the event of a dispute arising out of this Agreement, we will attempt to resolve it amicably through internal review.8.2 If resolution is not achieved internally or between parties, disputes shall be resolved according to applicable laws in Anjouan.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 This agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the Comoro Islands (Anjouan).9.2 We reserve all rights under this Agreement without limitation.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 ViciBet may change these terms from time-to-time without prior notice.10.2 By continuing to use our services, you accept any changes made.

11. Termination of Service

11.1 Upon termination or cancellation of your User Account(s) by either party for whatever reason:

Any pending transactions will be cancelled and returned accordingly;
Your balance will be reset;
You may request a one-time payment of up to 10% of the net winnings on an open bet within two weeks.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 We exclude any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from our failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement.12.2 Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with our services and products (including but not limited to errors, omissions, inaccuracies) shall not exceed the amount deposited by you within a 7-day period prior.
